Dal pakwan | sunday breakfast / Brunch Indian style

Dal pakwan is a famous Sindhi Breakfast recipe that can be eaten as a breakfast or as a brunch. Pakwan can be made in advance and stored in a air tight container.#thefoodcourt04
Ingredients:
Plain flour : 1 Cup
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 1 tsp
For Dal :
Gram lentil (chana dal ) : 1 Cup
(Washed & soaked for 1 hour)
Water : 1 & 1/2 Cup or as needed
Turmeric powder : 3/4 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste : 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Pure ghee / desi ghee : 1 Tbsp
For tempering :
Oil : 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Whole chilis : 2
Paprika : 1/2 tsp
For garnishing or serving :
Some onion (chopped)
Some green chilis (chopped)
Some cilantro (chopped)
Tamarind pulp : 1 tsp or as needed (for – serving)
