These 4 Instant Pot Soups so easy, you can just throw everything in the pot, close it and you are good to go! (I call it the dump and go recipes).
The 4 recipes I’m sharing with you today are:
1. Instant Pot Chicken and Potato Soup
2. EASY Instant Pot Seven Can Tortilla Soup
3. Disneyland Instant Pot Enchilada Soup
4. Instant Pot Stew
A few tips and tricks:
CAN YOU FREEZE THESE MEALS?
The Taco Soup, Chicken and Potato Soup and the Stew can be made into a freezer meal very easily! Just just have to dump all the ingredients into a freezer zip lock bag and freeze it!
The night before you are ready to cook it, put it in your fridge so it will thaw.
Tip for doing freezer meals: use a plastic water pitcher from the dollar tree! Especially if you want it to freeze more of a round shape to fit it back into your Instant Pot when frozen.
Because these are dump and go recipes, you can throw everything in and walk away. Dump and Go’s are PERFECT for busy nights.

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
