3 lb Beef Chuck Roast
4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 half Onion (sliced)
1 cup of Cilantro (chopped)
28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp of California Chili Powder
Season with salt to taste after cooked
Cooking the roast
3 cups of hot water to cook
2 tbsp of chicken bouillon seasoning
Set Crock Pot to high and let preheat for 20-30 mins.
Place beef chunks into Crock Pot and let cook for 4 ½ hours.
Remove broth that you can use for future use.
Shred the beef with shredder handles or fork
Add the remainder of the ingredients
And salt to taste.
Cook for another 45 mins to an hour
Stir and let rest to thicken up
Serve and Enjoy!!
