This is a quick and easy bbq chicken breast recipe that you can use for dinner or slice it up and put in sandwiches. My kids love this!
Ingredients:
3 chicken breast
No Salt seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Oregano
BBQ sauce
Brown sugar
Coconut oil (or oil of your choice)
Place the chicken breast in a bowl and sprinkle with the no-salt seasoning, cayenne pepper and oregano and mix together
Add chicken to pan with coconut oil on medium heat
Cook first side for 7 minutes
Flip over and cook other side for 5 minutes
Mix 1 cup bbq sauce in a bowl
Place chicken in a baking dish and add some of the bbq sauce on one side
Place in the oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping to the other side after 8 minutes and adding the remaining bbq sauce.
