6 or 7 Good quality pork sausage links
2 Sliced onions
3 Chopped carrots
1 Pint of chicken stock
Half a teaspoon of Rosemary
A little vegetable oil for frying your sausages
3 Tablespoons of Chicken gravy granules
Get your slow cooker on to medium and add your chicken stock.
Brown off your sausages in a frying pan…medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add your onions, carrots & mushrooms to the chicken stock.
Once your sausages are browned to your liking, add them to your vegetables & stock in your slow cooker.
After about an hour (or when your stock starts to simmer) you can reduce your slow cooker heat from Medium to low.
Cook for 5-6 hours, stirring once in a while.
Add your gravy granules to thicken to your liking and using food scissors, cut your sausages into bite size pieces 🙂
Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
