Beefy ravioli has quickly become one of my favorite soups. It’s really flexible – you can use ground beef or turkey or chicken (beef is my fav) and any veg you have on hand that needs to be used up.
Being made in the Instant Pot, it’s a no muss no fuss, one pot dealio.
Keep in mind, Instant Pot is a just a brand name. You can easily make this in any brand of electric pressure cooker you own.

To make this stovetop: Saute the beef and veggies, as in the video. Add everything but the ravioli and simmer for about an hour. Add the ravioli, cook until done per package, taste for salt and pepper.
