Bake Temp 350 Degrees
Bake Time 25-30 Minutes

5 Cups AP Flour
1 1/4 Cup Sugar or Golden Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Shortening
2 1/2 Tablespoons yeast
2 Cups Water + extra if needed to hydrate the flour

Sweet glaze
1/4 Sugar
1/4 Water
