200 gms Tofu cubes (fried)
½ Red bell pepper (sliced)
½ cup French beans (sliced)
1 Onion (chopped)
¼ cup Lemongrass (chopped)
5–6 Kaffir lime leaves
5–6 Garlic cloves
4 Thai red chillies
2 inches Galangal (sliced)
1 inch Fresh turmeric (sliced)
1 tsp Coriander & cumin seeds
2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Palm sugar
1 cup Coconut milk
2 tbsp Oil (for curry paste)
2 tbsp Oil (for cooking)
½ cup Water
