Welcome to “Perpetual’s Kitchen”.
Today I will be showing you that how to make this quick, easy and delicious “Koiloreo”.
⬗INGREDIENTS ARE:-
* Rice Flour – 500 grams.
* Water – 800ml.
* 2 Eggs.
* 1 & 1/2 tsp Salt.
⬗Method:-
* Take 2 eggs in a bowl & beat it.
* Add 500 grams of Rice Flour.
* 1 tsp Salt.
* 800ml of water
* Mix it well
* Our Batter is ready.
* Now heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp of oil.
* Once the oil is hot then pour 2 ladles batter.
* Close the lid & let it cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
* Open the lid after 2 minutes.
* Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame.
* Flip it and take it out in a plate.
OUR DELICIOUS “KOILOREO” IS READY TO SERVE 🙂
