Instant Pot Recipe: How to make beef bourguignon using an Instant Pot

In my Caliente Kitchen Show, I bring to you one of my favorite comfort foods. You will absolutely love this dish. This mouthwatering stew takes about four hours to make but by using the electric pressure cooker it will take 45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 large white onion, chopped
4 (6-inch) carrots, sliced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
1 1/2 cups red wine1 cup beef broth1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste2 pounds lean stew beef
1 small bunch parsley1 small bunch basil2 (12-inch) celery stalks, cut in half8 ounces sliced mushrooms10 ounces pearl onions
2 teaspoons sea salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
