Ingredients:
Onion 2
Chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste
White pepper powder
Salt
Ghee
Curd
Methi leaves
Chillies
Cream
Malai paste:
Cashews
Badam kasa kasa
How to make:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste
Heat the pan add oil and ghee then saunf bay leaves cinnamon
Then onion
Saute well add chicken cook for 8 min, add malai pastethen add curd, green Chillies, white pepper cook for 5 min off the heat add methi and cream
Cream is more important gives you a creamy taste that’s all our yummy recipe ready serve hot with chapati nan parata….. 😋😋😋😊❤️😍
