Sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
hot water 80ml (1/3 cup)
instant coffee 1tsp
Oil 75ml (1/3 cup)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 16g (2 tablespoons)
Flour 150g (1 cup)
Baking powder 4g (1tsp)
21Γ21cm baking dish
175Β°C (350Β°F) bake 30_35 minutes.
For the ganache:
dark chocolate 40g+ Milk chocolate 40g
Butter 10g
Milk 50ml
Melt over kettle steam.
