Ingredients:
2 cups Red Lentils (Masoor Dal, washed & soaked)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion (diced)
1 Carrot (cubed)
1 Tomato (cubed)
1 tbsp Chopped Celery Stick
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
Lime Juice Squeeze
Water as required
Salt as per taste
For Aleppo chilli garlic oil garnish:
1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
1-2 tsp Aleppo pepper
