2-3lbs Grass-fed Chuck Steak Cubed
1 Green or Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Onion Sliced
1 Onion Diced
2 tsp Spanish Olive
¼ cup Cilantro
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 ½ tbsp Tomato Paste
5 Garlic Cloves
½ Green Pepper Diced
½ tbs Sazón con Achiote
½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar
¼ tsp Cumin
1 Lime
1 tbsp Dominican Orégano
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
