The most amazing part of this recipe is that its starts with a really dry mix and turns out to be a beautifully soft chicken curry with an incredible sauce.
If you like your curries full of flavour and not too hot then this is perfect, but if you like a little bit of a kick, add a Teaspoon or 2 of Chilli powder.
