Salsa Verde De molcajete Xoconostle (No Tomatillo) | Views Healthy Mexican food Recipe

8-10 Xoconotsle
1-2 Serranos or Jalapeños
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 of a White or Yellow Onion
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt or to taste
Lime to taste

You can also add all ingredients in the blender for a smooth salsa
Remember Xoconostle is tart. You can find out in the video if I used it or skipped the lime.
