Ingredients (To Make 4 Servings)
Garlic Butter Chicken
– 800g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
– 1.5 Tsp Salt
– 2 Tsp Parsley
– 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
– 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 2 Tsp Onion Powder
– 2 Tsp Paprika
– 2 Tsp Olive Oil
– 25g Light Butter (For cooking + extra once cooked)
– 1 Tbsp Mince Garlic
– 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
Creamy Garlic Herb Potatoes
– 800g White Potatoes cut into small cubes
– 1 Tsp Salt
– 1 Tsp Parsley
– 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 Tsp Onion Powder
– 1 Tsp Paprika
– Optional Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
– 250ml Light Evaporated Milk (Brand: Sainsbury’s)
– 150g Garlic Herb Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)

Important Cooking Notes
– Cook the Chicken on Medium High Heat for 6-8 mins for it to get golden brown
– Lower the heat completely when adding the extra butter, minced garlic and parsley. Give this a mix for 1 mins then set aside
– When adding the milk, make sure the pan is on medium low heat
– Stir continuously for about 5 mins till in bubbles a little and thickens, then add the cooked potatoes in
– To reheat, just place everything in a pan on low heat for 4-5 mins or microwave for 5 mins on a plate
