10 Minute Chicken Stew Instant Pot Recipe

10 minutes does not include time it takes to build pressure! That will be about 10 or so minutes. Total time should be 25 min max! But you can set and forget for all of the cooking time!
Bone Broth I LOVE is at Costco called Culinary Treasures, I could not find a link, I find it in store.

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 large yellow onion, peeled and diced
1 pound baby potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 cups peeled and diced carrots
2 cups diced celery
2 tablespoons coconut aminos, optional
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, adds a mild kick, omit if you do not like spice
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
3/4 teaspoons ground black pepper

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in an electric pressure cooker.

Place the lid on the pot, make sure the vent valve is in the SEALING position.

Using the display panel, select the MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK function, HIGH PRESSURE. Use the +/- buttons until the display reads 10 minutes.

When the cooker beeps to let you know it’s finished, wait until the display panel reads, LO: 05. Switch the vent valve from the SEALING to the VENTING position, use caution while the steam escapes, it’s hot.

Ladle the stew into bowls and serve warm.
