HIGH PROTEIN TUSCAN CHICKEN PASTA!

Macros per serving (2 servings total)

572 calories – 67g protein | 52g carbs | 11g fat

This is easily the most delicious pasta recipes i’ve made, it’s incredibly easy to make and packed with protein! Great for meal prep as well!🤌🏽

INGREDIENTS

For the chicken:

• 2 chicken breasts cut into thin fillets
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp salt
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
– Cook on medium-low heat for 3-4 mins, make sure it doesn’t burn the spices

For the pasta:

• 120-130g uncooked pasta of your choice (approx 240g cooked) – Spaghetti, Linguine or Fettuccine work great
1 tsp salt for the water

For the creamy sauce:

• 200ml low fat / skimmed milk
• 100g light cream cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)
• 30g grated parmesan
• 1 tsp oregano
• 90ml pasta water (after cooking your pasta)

For cooking:

• 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
• 1 small onion finely diced
• 50g cherry tomatoes
• 40g sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
• 40g tomato paste
• Handful spinach
• Chopped parsley for garnish
NOTE: Before adding the creamy sauce, make sure you TURN OFF the heat completely. Then keep stirring gently till it thickens
