CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN
1 can cream soup
1/2c chicken broth
2 to 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken
2T Italian Seasoning
1/2t celery seed
1T onion powder
1T white sugar
1t kosher salt
1/4t black pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 – 8oz block cream cheese
Place all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours until chicken is fully cooked. 30mins before serving, shred chicken. Place block of cream cheese on top of shredded chicken and switch temp to high setting. Cover and let melt for 30 minutes. Stir until cream cheese is fully incorporated. Serve over rice, egg noodles, pasta, or on a bun as a sandwich. Serves 8 to 10.
