Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
2 Pillsbury Cinnamon roll cans 12.4oz.
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
8T. Melter butter
1/3c. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes rotate 6 minutes more or until cooked through.

Mini Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
Egg mixture:
6 eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2c. Half & Half
Add Ins:
1 T. Ham or meat of choice
1 T. Swiss Cheddar mix or cheese of choice
1 package store bought pie crust, cut in 12 rounds
2T egg mixture per muffin cavity
Directions:
Bake at 400 for 7 minutes rotate 7 more minutes until temp reads 165.

Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate Glaze
Ingredients:
Meatball:
1 lb. Ground lamb
1/2c. Diced scallops
4 tsp. Minced garlic
2 eggs
1/4c. Chopped mint
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Coriander
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4c. Italian bread crumbs
Pomegranate Glaze:
1/4c. Shallots
1 1/2c. Pomegranate juice
2 T. Honey
1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch salt & pepper
1/8 tsp. All Spice
1 pack refrigerated pie crust, cut into 12 rounds for muffin pan
