Maple Fish Sauce Brussels Sprouts Recipe – Hot Thai Kitchen!

An “extra” recipe just before Thanksgiving in case you’re still thinking about what to do for veggie sides this year! It’s a mashup of Thai and Canadian ingredients: fish sauce and maple syrup! So I feel like this is a food representation of me 😄.

It’s such an easy but delicious recipe, I hope you will give it a try this holiday season, though these Brussels sprouts would be good any time of year, with a Western or Thai meal!

Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin’s Kitchen.

Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her “playtime” in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
