Millets – 1 cup
Red split daal – 1/2 cup
Toor daal – 1/2 cup
Urad daal – 3/4 cup
Moong daal split- 1/2 cup
Fenugreek- 1/2 spoon
Gram daal – 2 spoons
Wash above ingredients with water & soak over night..💧
Next morning,
– do not remove skin
– add ginger, garlic (optional), green chilli, cumin,coriander
– grind
– cover & leave for 30 min
Protein rich batter ready..🌸
Make Dosa,uttapam what ever you like but
Do not fry too much…
Replace your regular oil with coconut oil or olive oil..
For Raw coconut chutney- fresh coconut,onion,chilli,cumin,coriander & salt ( tamarind(optional))
