Honey Chilli Beef Noodles Slow Cooker

Well, here it is! My favorite Chinese dish with all the flavors and restaurant-quality recipe. I just love making this over and over again. It is so easy when you use a slow cooker, just add your ingredients and set it and forget it.
The best part is you can use low-cut meat that can become very tender by using this cooking method. Make sure you make extra for it will go fast.

Ingredients

2 lbs. – Sirloin steak or other lower cut, sliced into bite-size pieces.
3/4 pkg. – Egg noodles pasta
1 tbsp. – Corn flour, grounded
1/4 cup – Soya sauce
3 tbsp. – Orange juice
2 tsp. – Chilli flakes
2 tsp. – White rice vinegar
1 tbsp. – Houin sauce
2 tbsp. – Honey
1 1/2 cups – Chicken or beef broth
1 med. – Red pepper, sliced
4 cloves – Garlic. chopped

Salt as needed

Toppings – Green onions, sesame seeds, parsley

Slow cooker
– On high for 2 hours or more. If you use a lower cut of meat then cook until tender.
– Add final ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes, keep an eye on it to make sure the noodles are not overcooked.
