– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1/2 tablespoon paprika powder
– 1/4 tablespoon ground cumin
– 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
– Salt to taste
– 10 pcs chicken thighs
Stewed Chicken
– 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
– 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder
– 1/2 tablespoon paprika powder
– 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
– 2 seasoning cubes
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh pepper
– Drizzle of oil
– 6 chicken thighs
– 6 drumsticks
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 onion bulb
