Jamaican Brown Stewed Beef Recipe👇
Ingredients:
1 lb beef shank & stew beef mixed
1 potato cut up into cubes
1 carrot sliced up
1 plum tomato
1/4 green & red peppers
1/2 onion cut up
1 fresh thyme
2 scallion cut up
1/4 hot pepper no seeds
3 cloves of garlic
6-8 pimento seeds
1 tsp browning sauce, (see link below)
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning, see link below
1 tsp garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
2-4 tbsp of ketchup
Add salt and black pepper to taste
