1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
1 L Beef Stock
*Marinate: (3-5 Hours)
2.5 Kg Chuck Beef
2 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning
Mixed Seasoning
1/2 L Water
*After 3-5 Hours, Put everything in the pressure cooker and cook for 35-40 minutes
*Avocado Salsa Sauce:
