INGREDIENTS
1 ½ pounds Boston Roast (any kind will do, results will vary on tenderness depending on cut)
4 cups beef broth
1 full pint of Guinness
2 tbsp tomato paste
4-5 potatos depending on size, cut into 1” chunks
2-3 carrots into chunks
2 cloves of garlic
½ large onion
2-3 stocks celery
