These were a request from a friend and I thought I would use my honey glazed pork loin recipe, but change it up a little. The sauce is sweet, but you can change it up.
1 Tablespoon dried chopped onion, or you can use fresh onion
1 heaping teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar, or less if you don’t want it as sweet
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey, or less
