– Stuffed Bun Brie Ring:
2 (48-count) packages frozen Parker House rolls
24 slices thin prosciutto
1 (16-ounce) package fresh cranberries, approximately 2 cups
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8-ounce) round of Brie

– Mini French Onion Bread Bowls:
6 mini baguette rolls
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 sweet onions, halved and sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 sprigs thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded and divided
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices Emmental or Swiss cheese

– Turkey Wellington:
1 (1 1/2-pound) boneless turkey breast
3/4 cup cranberry jam
1 bunch fresh thyme, divided
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Kitchen twine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup baby portabella mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup herbed breadcrumbs
1 package puff pastry, defrosted

– Cheese and Bacon Swirls:
1 pack all butter puff pastry
5 back bacon rashers, sliced into 1 centimeter strips
3/4 tub cream cheese
75 grams cheddar, grated
1 onion, diced
Handful of parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to season
1 egg, beaten

– Mozzarella-Stuffed Garlic Knots:
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, for dusting
1 pound prepared pizza dough
1 pound mozzarella, shredded
4 tablespoons salted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
Salt, to taste

– Stuffed Mushroom:
6 large brown mushrooms
1.7 ounces chopped gorgonzola cheese
3 1/2 ounces cream cheese
1.7 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 bunch parsley, chopped

– Spinach & Artichoke Bread Bowl Dip:
1 ciabatta or rosemary-olive bread loaf, whole
Extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed of all liquid
8 ounces canned or frozen & defrosted quartered artichokes, chopped
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
6 ounces smoked mozzarella, shredded
8 ounces plus 1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese
